You can always buy a Euro spec set of tail lights and upgrade! I see the odd American car in London when there for work, and they all have after market amber turn signals installed (on Lincoln Town Car limo's for example...embedded in the bumpers).
I know a few people who did this with their previous generation Audi A4s, when Audi went to red turn signals.
Personally, I don't get it....how much money do they save by doing this? Even Mini Coopers now have red turn signals in the US.
