i was under it today looking at the leaf springs
it all looked solid, i was thinking perhaps a mount to one, or the bushings was busted, but seeing where they tie in everything is ok, and still nothing
how are axle`s (rear wheel drive) put together is there a bearing on the outter edge of the axle, but still within it holding the shaft between both ends, i can see if one of them where shot or rotted out on one side it could make for the problem, but i dont know how an axle is put together,
to explain it better,
( after the truck takes the turn the rear end shifts a inch in the direction and will stay at that offset while trying to drive down the road straight, the front wheels need ot be counter steered a inch to correct the offset of the rear wheels, when the truck is stoped you can see the body of the truck offset from the rear wheels from the last coner,
what-ever the last coner was left or right both rear wheels stay in that direction, offset a inch from straight,
how are rear wheel axle built and whats in it that could go wrong to cause this, i have not jacked up the truck to see if the rear wheels are just sloping around within the axle, the reason why is, the darn thing sits so high, not like a saab where its low to the ground,
2morrow i`ll find a way to get the rear in the air
