I appreciate the feedback. I haven't owned a SAAB in nearly two years but this board has proven to be the best there is of its kind.
To touch on a few of your comments;
-Yes, I've driven recent Infinitis, the FX35 was fun but didn't "fit" me. Didn't care for the interior, or the orange interior lighting. The G35X was a lot of fun, but again, didn't "fit" me. Nissan/Infiniti just hasn't ever been my style although I will say both have improved leaps and bounds over even 5 years ago (looks, quality (Nissan, anyway), etc)
-Test drove the CX-7, very fun. Entertaining to drive. Couldn't justify the price tag when equipped, however ... don't have a problem spening over $30k but not for a Mazda.
-Like the MDX yet not enough to buy it. Seems too Honda-ish. For whatever reason my Lexus doesn't remind me of Toyota (although that's what it is). I sit in the Acura and think "Honda."
-Have driven a 2005 9-5, that's the last year I've driven, (when my 2001 was in the dealer ... I sampled 27 different loaner cars in my 4 year stint with my 9-5). I don't care for the 2006+ model.
-The 9-3 AWD would be worth a look. That might be fun. And a 24-mo lease would rock if attainable.
It was fun to get all your opinions ... I'll keep the Perscription330 for now, but I know somethings lurking for me in the next 6 months ....
