It's probably better than 50% for the valves to be bent, but not guaranteed. It's an interference engine, but not as bad as the higher-compression GSR. It's still dumb luck whether a valve gets smacked while the camshafts are coasting to a stop. If it broke at idle you'll have better luck.
If you want to do some checking before you buy...
Move the crank directly away from tdc or bdc. With the pistons mid-stroke, you can spin the camshafts all you want without additional damage.
Only turning the camshafts, measure valve clearances. Any bend valves will have too-big clearance because they won't close all the way.
