I have owned mine for 2 years and 30k miles. So far this has been a very good car for me with minor porblems. Very critical about changing the timing belt every 70k, keep even tire wear to lessen stress on bevel gear. So far I've replaced the brakes (very cheap compared to the Viggen), viscous coupler (part of the bevel gear - saved me major $$) and routine maintenance.....maybe $1000 in 30k.

They rival Saab comfort but are not as fun to drive... but they are still good. Overall they are great utilitarian cars.

Allmechanicals have been fine...currently at 130k. Currently needs front strut mounts whach I hear can break....not uncommon.

I see negative posts about this car here often..... but its probrobly the best car I've owned. It just fits the lifestyle I'm after right now. Great car....get it looked at.... I say that even though I bought mine after a test drive and it had no paper work..... But I could tell it came from a really good home.
