Wife purchased it new back in May. So far roughly 41 mpg mixed driving. She absolutely loves the car. Had some minor repairs taken care of through the warranty (sunroof rattle, ac line rattle under the center console) but 14K miles and going well. This is our first VW, butt 3rd VAG car. Not as many niceties as Audi, but way more simple with manual climate control etc.

Drives quite well for a wagon and even nicer that we get killer (IMHO) FUEL milage and not have to drive a tiny, tinny death trap. If you have specific questions, please feel free to email me off line. There are some known "issues" on forum, but have you seen a forum that only talks about how reliable their cars are?
