It doesn't have the benefit of the better 9-5 V6 engine like aluminum valve covers and the newer timing cover and seal.
And an extremely convoluted intake and throttle vacuum system like the 9000 had.
So when you look at them you see more of the 9000 than 9-5.
And the Catera have the dreaded heater bypass valve that leak as often as on the 9-5 but is much, much harder to replace.
