So I called Chambers BMW. They gave me a story about the special being a car with no options, so even the car they have shown they wouldn't let go for the advertised price. I had them look into a 320 with heated seats, moonroof and split rear seat. Over 400 per month, no thanks. Then they called back offering a loaner 328ix. After some back and forth, got them down to 350 a month, but with bigger down payment. With the free maintenance, this became close to even money with the chrysler! Also, Subaru Legacy, fully loaded with the H6 was back in play for the same money as well....
Pretty easy choice, go with the bimmer, then I had a revelation. Went back to acura (trust me, its a better car than the accord) and their pricing came down, wife likes it, I'm okay with it, and most importantly it comes in 50 cheaper per month than BMW. SOLD. No more turbo (for now).
I do hate the multiple screens, but everything else on the car is right for me. Truly the most enjoyable midsize 4cyl I could find.
