you need to play with the tire pressure
some like more PSI in the rear which can cause the back in to step out easier to cause oversteer which can allow you to go faster through the turn. If you are getting a LOT of sidewall flex/leaning you need to increase the PSI up front as a minimum & possibly go with better tires all around :)
Anotherthing is a good alignment. For roadcoarse stuff I like a bit of toe OUT which greatly decreases understeer due to the inside tire (during a turn) being turned more then the outside tire which helps pull the car through the turn a LOT better. I did this at the track to my SPG last time there & I just adjusted the drivers side wheel with toe out & the difference was HUGE!!
