The real question is how did this happen? Did it ingest a ton of debris through it or did it drop on the floor when it was apart? I wouldn't put it on my car if I didn;t know the history behind it, but let's just say that it is still healthy; At minimum, you will definitely need to have it re-balanced before you use it. :o)
