In addition to John's post, to keep fuel from spraying on you when you unbolt the banjo fittings on the ends of the fuel rail, if you have a vacuum pump, connect it to your fuel pressure regulator and apply vacuum to dump the pressurized fuel back into the tank. Remember, normally the fuel is pressurized when the car is off to avoid vaper locking. If you don't have a vac pump, put a rag around the fitting before you open it up. As far as injectors, get them from one of the saab performance site vendors so it will be plug and play. They should come with new orings, ask about it before buying because you will want orings when you change them out.
Again, if you disconnect the harness clips, unbolt the fuel rail (helps to remove stuff around it), unbolt the fuel lines to the ends of the rail, you can pull out all the injectors at once. Then you take out each injector from the rail by sliding out a clip holding the injector to the rail. I did it without looking at the manual. Its easy and fun. Just don't smoke when you do it.
