Forge dump valve/ bypass valve replacement

I have just purchased a more reliable Forge performance Dump/ by-pass valve as the original Bosch unit is failing. I have found that the new unit has a selection of springs which are rated 5-15, 15-23, 23-30 and 30+ PSI.
As well as the standard spring which operates with the factory standard set up I'm putting this into my 9-5 Aero (2000). What, therefore, is the PSI rating for the spring requirements and what effect will it have if I uprate?
