Took me an hour to file it down. I think it will reap more benefit at higher boost/rpms.
If you are rebuilding the engine, you should R/R the exhaust studs and put a new gasket on it.
Kind of funny how you say, the only thing you want the engine to do is run.. I guess it either runs or doesn't. Now if you want it to sing and dance, then that is another story.
