They are here in Colorado Springs, and my experience was good. Of course, I went and saw them in person, so that may be VERY different from online or over the phone only, being that they knew I could come by and hound them.
I talked them into a package deal for my Stage III setup. This included ECU upgrade, 3" SS downpipe and racing cat, intercooler, rack clamp and brace, subframe connector, and rear sway bar. For me, all of the parts fit beautifully on my 2000 9-3 (which, by the way, is nearly identical to their test mule). I had to add washers to the subframe connector to clear the downpipe, though.
The car is a kick to drive! Everything works quite well. Economy is essentially unaltered (though I need to calculate gas mileage the old-fashioned way--the SSID it completely wrong!). I haven't dynoed to check performance, but it drives just like their test mule does--I've compared them back-to-back. Their test mule's results (corrected for altitude) were 235 hp and 270 lb-ft.
