Greetings. Well the SPEC clutch is much more well mannered now, though it still requires a bit of finesse to avoid chatter and grabiness, it is nonetheless liveable. I installed the stainless clutch line and a new master cylinder. All I can say is that the stainless clutch line really is a must with upgraded PP's. I didn't want to buy one because I just put in a new stock one, but afterwords, the pedal feel is consistent and feels great. the clutch will in no ways slip and between gears I really like the solid quick engagement.

NOW for the Puzzler!
In the morning when I drive the car for the first 30 miles or so, the clutch feel is darn near perfect. The pedal feels light and engagement is quick and solid, there is even less chatter. But after driving it a bit and while of stop and go, the clutch gets harder and begins to stick at the bottom of the stroke. When it is like this you can drive leisurely, but if you want to shift fast, forget it. I almost rolled into a guy behind me waiting for the clutch to come up off the floor.

I've been told this is the Master cylinder. Which I replaced with an OEM Saab master along with the stainless clutch line. The slave cylinder is also new and was installed with the clutch and the rebuilt tranny.
I have bled the system 3 times with DOT 4 and I am getting no air out of it.

Somebody has to have some experience as to why the clutch goes from perfect when cold to sticky when hot. None of the posts addressed this.

I know there has to be something that causes the change, if I can address this, by clutch will be perfect. Accumulator pump is louder too could that have something to do with it?
