I stick with my early Saab's because I like their APC system. An ECU fuel chip from JAK would be a good idea, just use a 3 bar fuel pressure regulator from the same year 9000 but a non-turbo. I know the Bosch part numbers but I need to know what year your 9000 is first? Anyway to answer your question to get 20 psi you need fuel (3 bar reg./JAK's chip/34 lb injectors), proper ignition retard (A.I.D. or MSD BTM), and a modified APC (Erik P's are the best). I run quite a bit more than 20 psi on both of my early 9000's with no problems. Dave
