Did you mean to put Jas in the Name line? Anyway I have the had the BSR for about 2 Years, got it just before Nick T went to nordic. I have had no major problems ( although I have heard that BSR tends to run lean in the Aero - I have the LPT)
The only problems I have had are I have to use either hess or Luk gas, otherwise I get some hard starting. The car did knock horribly one time ( I chalked it up to the Cheap gas.)
Teh car is 5spd. I also have the SAAB Remus catback ( I like the sound) and I put on the SAAB roadholding kit to give it the aero suspension. Aslo an Hyperboost HX BBV.
This spring I am adding teh larger intake pipe and pipe from the IC to TB. aybe an intercooler if I can find one for a 9-5
The difference in performance is staggering, since it went form 170 to 269 HP It can spin the wheels easily in 1st and 2nd. My mechainc says it is faster than an aero off the line ( remember the LPT has almost no LAG) but it does tend to lose it over about at about 100MPH on the highway. I have suprised many WRX (non-sti) drivers and absolutly blew away a GT mustang convertible the other day. I just have to start out slowly them jam it.
It is like driving a totally different car, worth every penny and I explained to my wife it saved us a fortune becasue I was going to by a new areo and since I have paid mine off the 400/month is t0tal savings ( and put back into the car!
If you have nay more q's you can e-mail me
