deglazing may be an issue

intersting method, I was thinking of partially lowering it (but still hanging for a bit more access). Rod bearings are easy in car, but I'm a little tentative on the rings, but two people would make that easy (one below, one intalling). Deglazing will be an issue in terms of cleanliness with the crank installed.

Even if the orignal honing marks are there, I'm thinking it would be a smart move to deglaze the bores lightly. So that is my dilemma.

Finding a spot to keep the engine suspended when the sump (when both lower mounts are out) and head is off is another issue I have to think about.
