came up here from SC to diagnose a miss under load
we got the wideband on & shifting verry carefully rolled the throttle on in 4th gear it hit 16 lbs & cleaned all the teeth off of 4th :-( yes 4th.
I could actually hear a bit of noise at idle when it came in & mentioned that he might think about a trans, although there was no whine or other indications that it was gona fail like that.
it was a good horse & basically fell onto the operating table :-)
Im glad he was in the car with me so he could see how gentle I was with his car, because of my reputation for beating on cars :-) I would have been like "DUDE! I was babying it realy :-)"
anyway he has a spare used trans here & Im gona let him come up & barrow tools or whatever because I love the friggin guy, I think he was my first ever tuning customer years ago:-)
