Yea, I caught that too, there are a lot of those "informative" shows on the speed channel and others now. I learn some tricks here and there, painting, body, nitrous, turbos, blowers, water to air ic's and many more.
They seemed to be running the car on nitromethane and alcohol mix, but then said they use nitrous oxide to boost the turbos??? Huge monster T90's or something. Are they raming the turbo itself with nitrous and spooling it up to boost that way? I have always heard nitrous will help out a ton in spool up of a turbo, but to run it as a direct injection was beyond my thinking. Anyone know anything about this?
