In April, I did a flush and fill with Redline MTL on my 2000 Viggen Vert. I definitely saw an improvement in shifting, i.e. shifts are less notchy and more fluid. I live in Virginia Beach, VA, so temps right now are pretty consistent 60s-70s. It'll get very warm soon, though.
I went with MTL because others on this board posted good results with it. Additionally, it is cheaper than the SAAB 0063 MTF.
