Viggen Alignment

I was experiencing a progressively worsening vibration on my 99 Viggen that I thought was a bad shock, until the passenger side rear tire blew. Seems the tire was wearing on the inside, eventually it failed.
Been researching the boards at work, except for here because the site blocks my proxy server, and it appears that the Viggen has substantial non adjustable negative camber and will wear out tires on the inside as a regular event.
So two questions: Can the rear wheel negative camber be modified to make it easier on the tires, and if not, what is an acceptable less expensive tire to replace the $150 Pirelli P zero neros that apparantly will only have a 10,000 mile life due to the radical camber. Any experience with Falkens? Will an axle off a later year solve the problem?
Thanks in advance.
