Thanks for the input.
I have tuned Mopar turbos for years. My current setup has my 8-valve 2.5 up in the 300hp range. That setup uses larger injectors, an adjustable FPR and a RRR on the fuel return line. The adjustable FPR is used to lower the FP on the larger injectors so they flow like stockers in the low rpm range and at low boost levels. The RRR kicks in when extra fuel is needed. This way I don't run rich and I have plenty of fuel when I need it. I've lowered the stock fuel pressure on the car from 55psi to 37psi. The FPR raises the FP on a 1:1 ratio with boost until about 10psi, then the RRR kicks in. The RRR is set at 4.5:1 so that is the ratio I get from 10psi boost on. The max boost is set at 20psi. The setup works great.
There is a link to a great calculator app to figure all this out on my site: http://www.ricdidonato.com/Downtime/mods.html
Unfortunately the Saab apc and amm isn't as stupid and easily fooled as the Moper setup, so I'm having the troubles I mentioned.
