With the T5, you can use a MBC+A, which also needs lower restiction intake and exhaust like you have planned. This will take you to around 1/2 into the red zone and will greatly reduce boost lag. The t5boost4 will not change the boost lag. In hot weather, the MBC+A will get you on boost when you would otherwise be waiting and praying. The MBC+A or a MBC will deliver this peak power in gears 1 and 2. 2nd gear will be a rocket ride. The downside is having to baby the throttle in 1st as the tires will be overpowered. .040" gaps on BCPR7ES plugs will allow the ECU to make the best timing with these power levels. That is recommended for any HO ECU as well.
A 3" DP back can be boomy. A 3" DP to a smaller pipe with low restriction muffler(s) might be a good consideration. A 3" DP gets you a lower restriction CAT converter.
And for others who do not know: premium fuel becomes non optional, choice of oil becomes critical. Use a good xW40 oil. Never try to increase boost on an engine that is not in good condition. Keep injectors clean. Use Techron Conentrate or equal to also remove combustion chamber deposits which become hot spots and pre-igntion triggers.
