The 2.1L non-turbo and all 2.3L 9000 Turbo/Aero heads are the same, you want casting number 911535 (on the upper timing chain side of the head, right under where the cam cover meets the head).

You want to use the 2.1/2.3 cams. The advantages are better flowing ports (I was told a few times that stock 2.1/2.3 heads ports flow better than modified 2.0 heads). The (I think, you will want to double check) give a little more overlap, and maybe less exhaust duration for higher velocity? You will want to double check the specifics, but regardless use the 2.1/2.3 cams. Also the 2.1/2.3 have larger combustion chambers, lowering stock C900 turbo motor with standard pistons from 9.0:1 to ~8.25:1, which allows you to run more boost with less or no knocking.

Using the 2.1 intake manifold is a matter of preference on what you want your car to be like, the 2.0 manifolds have smaller diameter intake runners, which keeps the intake air at a higher velocity and increases low end torque and improves throttle response, but the 2.1 manifold flows more air and shifts the power band a little higher in the rpm range. I use the 2.1 intake manifold and a lightened flywheel and my throttle response is still lightning fast.
