I would have loved to come to soc, if you guys truly would have helped with some money, I would have come fo sho.... You know as well as me my point was there is a state-side tuner here that is doing very well and that he is available 24-7 52 weeks out of the year. How long did you have to wait to get your custom tune? Which is another good point, a custom tune is always better than a mail-box tune.... You act like Jak does only one kind of tunning??? I found out the opposite in that he wanted to know what I wanted out of my car and warned me when I started going into the higher hp range... He can make them from mild to wild depending on the customer and the goals of that customer.... Knock, detonation???? HHHHMMMM, my car has stock aero knock maps... Does not knock any worse than a stock 9000 aero.... I have never heard any audible knock what so ever, except when I too got some bad gas... Took 3 tanks and octane booster to get rid of it, but once gone it was on fire again... If you think because he got bad gas and had some knock that is typical of his tuning... Well.... That is not the case.... Jak does make a stage 1 and 2, its not all 5's and 6's at or beyond 350whp.... He finds out what you are tring to accomplish and then tries to reach that goal for you... IF the first ecu is not right, he will have another in your hands in 2-3 days...
I think he does great work and has always been an honest, respectable business person in my opinion... Believe what you want, I know he has talent and skill in his tuning and have seen from the 3jsp cars up here in Denver, one is mild, two are wild... I am very happy with my car and its tunning... I could not have gotten my car where it is as fast as I have without Jak... I tried to get in touch with sqr when I started my stage 3 and by the time they called me back, I already had an ecu in my hands.... That is what I am talking about... Good quick service within the states....
