I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped out with SOC this year. Even though I didn't fnd the time to wash the 5 month old dirt off of my car, I still had a blast. I would like to thank Jonsey and Jak for going out of there way to help me in my last desperate hours of getting my car ready.
Jak stayed up until 3 in the morning doing things like connecting my shift linkage and bolting up my axles. He slept for like 2 hours before we got up and helped me right away with my oil pump housing(which I wouldn't have been able to do with my tools) and charged my AC. Thanks again Jak, I'd buy you a beer but you are a new and improved Jak so I'll buy you some Sushi instead. :o)
Renwick Jones! Jonsey was under my car like he owned it at the SOC, unbolting my exhaust and taking on my wastegate like it was a personal quest. Thanks Jonsey, I owe you one for your unselfish nature.
Larry Durkin! Thanks for loaning me a full JT cat back at the last minute. Things would have been VERY loud without you! Your the best Donnie Most.
Lastly, Mucho Thanks to Frank Stromquist(SQR) and Paul Kalonoski(Automotion) for giving me my absolute best custom tune yet! My car has never ran better. I have never threw an engine together this fast and had it be so friggin' perfect. Now that I have my 255lph fuel pump in, I'll be able to give it some much deserved boost. Seriously, it idles perfectly and has given me 30+mpg on the highway with 6 injectors! I'm truly blown away by this, the best economy ever with the largest injectors I've ever used. So thanks again to everyone for helping the Silver Horan find her voice. I'm throwing her on the dyno next week so stay tuned, this weekend will be spent on the fanatical detailing that she should have received last week if I had found any time whatsover.
I really loved hanging out with all of you at SOC,............................. I even liked the vinyl flames.... ;o)
