Actually, I believe there was statements that C900's that came with the Mitsubishi TE-05 turbos (90+ SPGs, and 91+ 900 Turbos) do not have the flap in the manifold. Try looking for old posts, but that is what I remember. However, turbocon is totally right, no way to tell for sure without taking the turbo off and looking.
