I might not be the right one to answer, but I cannot see how it would be possible (easily) to add a 5 bolt Volvo 200 rotor to the 4 bolt Saab wheel hub and also squeeze the parking brake shoes in there together with cables and linkage.
To me it feels like it would be a lot easier to retrofit an 87 and older Saab front/rear brake system to the 88 and newer that Saab used where the parking brake system is integrated in the rear caliper.
