I ran several HPDE type schools with Metalmaster pads and standard brake fluid. After a 20 minute session the brakes were just getting a bit soft, but 20-30 minutes later were up to another session. Rotor temps were 400+ and I think the brake fluid was just getting too hot. I run track tires and really use the brakes, finding I can run real deep and the brakes are great! My car is about 2500 #'s, less than a 900 3-door. I switched to Motul 600 fluid and with only one short session it seems to be better. I've done suspension mods, the car is low and very stiff, rear bar only. It corners very neutral with a bit of tail out to finish.
