Just got off the phone with Doug from Goldwing, and all is well. We have patched our differences, and we have reached an understanding.

As a Paralegal, I understand what it means to get busy, and to stay busy, where you get to the point of having NO time to yourself. They are super busy, because they supply a great product. Goldwing provides high quality parts (as I have said in the past) though at a higher cost than other parts suppliers. In this business, you often get what you pay for (not always though!) Anyway, I understand not having time for chit-chat. I love to talk Saabs, as noted by how much time I spend on this bulletin board everyday. From my previous interactions with Goldwing, I felt like I was a second class customer to them. I have explained this to them, and they understand where I am coming from. All I want is good parts at a fair price! Everyone hates hassle, almost no one hates it more than me!

As I said, we talked, and we are on the same page now. I am a Goldwing customer once again.
