I have always been treated fairly.... I order from thesaabsite, genuinesaab, and eEuroparts almost equally. The one time I had a problem with a thesaabsite order (aftermarket engine pulleys did not fit my 2000 9-5) I asked for, and received, a full credit applied against my next order.
Definitely worth calling them about the credit you are due, and keep calling at two week intervals. I have found that Credit Card companies will delay processing credit orders 10 to 14 days. So even if thesaabsite processes your credit immediately, it may be nearly 2 weeks before you see it on your statement.
And none of us are infallible, so they may have simply forgot to submit the credit order and are not trying to take your money.
