Putting TD04 into 92 9kT - Wastegate Actuator question

My T25 was beyond rebuilding and I purchased a used TD04. The seller had removed the wastegate actuator and bracket - he "felt it was bound up" and threw it out.
My 1992 Saab 9000 Turbo has a Swedish Dynamics Stage 1 eProm; JT 3" Downpipe with hi-flow cat; and a Forge Motorsport bypass valve.
What are my options and your recommendations for a wastegate actuator? I was leaning toward the Forge Alloy Adjustable Actuator for Saab 9000 Aero, but am concerned about how long it might take to get one.
Thanks in advance,
92Scarab
