Good point, every car is different and it all depends on your hw and your set-up... You are supposed to add in timing until it no longer makes any more hp and then dial it back to the last setting before it quit making more hp.... You have to stop if you experience knock of course and dial it back to the last setting you had no knock... Good Luck,
