Unfortunately I will not be able to make to this SOC, but if I could, signing up for the driver's school would be my first priority. I have owned and modified 7 Saabs in my life and the hands down absolute best modification I have ever made was to upgrade myself, by attending a driving school. Upgrading the driver is not only the most overlooked looked modification, it also the most important. We all love taking our rides out on the highway and hanging with or embarassing cars that think they should be much faster than our odd Swedes, but that thrill doesn't even nibble at the heels of the rush of driving your car on a real track with a professional instructor. The best part will be on your way home, when you find yourself driving faster, smoother and with more control that you ever thought possible. I still remember my ride home after my first HPDE. I was on a twisty 2 lane backroad in upper Connecticut and I found myself able to drive much faster than the other cars I was with, without using the throttle...just picking the correct lines, not over braking and carrying the right amount of momentum through turns. You will be suprised by what you and your car is capable off, and your only regret will be that you didn't try this sooner.
