Yes and no....
The issue is really ability to tune. Ideally h20 injection will allow you advance timing, dial back some fuel and push a little more boost, which gives you better responsiveness, mpg and power. The problem is that there is not much available interms of open source or custom tuning for the 92 9kt. If you are going to chip the car, which will push the limits harder, the difference with the h20 will be more pronounced.
