chip might be your problem.
Other odd behavior is after the engined died, it would re-start only with the accelerator floored,
that is nothing odd, you got flood issue, too much fuel, seems like jak stoll program is not reading right the engine temp sensor and it is fluding the engine with too much fuel. 34lb/hr injectors and 3.0bar regulator, my god that ecu program realy needs to get trimmed down. But it can't. LH2.2 ecu program has a map called "warmup enrichment" the values above 80 celcius or so are 0 0 0 0 so they cannot be trimmed down. Knowing that I don't see how jak stoll can posibly make an 2.2lh chip for such a big injectors.
Put a 2.5bar regulator and see if it is any better.
