Ditto, tweak both the APC and the ecu. If this is a LeMons car you must be on a budget though.

The ecu chip is the way to go, but if budget and time is tight you can do the MAF electronic resistor mod (search this board). This will be able to let you run larger injectors without running rich when you aren't at WOT. It is not a programmed curve like a chip but works pretty well.

I'd also put a restrictor in the wastegate line on the APC solenoid (again search this board).

You've already got the 85T exhaust cam, try putting in an intake cam from a naturally aspirated car. I've never done this myself but I've read here that it's a good combo.

With a rally car top end isn't as important as quickness. When an opportunity arises you need to get a quick reaction. My car-on-a-budget advice: Tweek your APC to red-box specs, APC solenoid restriction, MAF resistor, 30# red-top injectors, 3.0bar FPR, open element cone air filter, intercooler fan (10" 800cfm min.)[or larger intercooler], open the exhaust, advanced timing. I had this setup on my car before going for more top-end performance and, believe me, it's awesome. My son actually liked this setup better than my new one (still tweaking though) ;-)
