My general understanding of the Quaife is that there are real no downsides, as it is a 'mild' (25% 'lock'?) LSD. My car is a stage 3+ '97 CS with about 300hp, and I'd like more in the future. The car has 130,000 miles, and I'm looking at a clutch upgrade soon. Is there anything else I should do while the transmission is out? Slave cylinder I know. One thing I'm concerned about is the common enough problem of 9000 speedometer drive gear in the transmission wearing. Is that an easy thing to do when doing a clutch/diff, or does it require tearing down the gearbox? Maybe I should just spend $$$$$ and go for an uber cool 'box with shot peened, cryo treated cobalt internals!!!
