screw is probably sealed with loc-tite, but you should be able to turn it clockwise 1-2 turns. If you have good access (kickpad removed), you can put an ohmeter across the contacts, then use a handpump (like a Mityvac) to pressurize the switch and set it to the psi limit you want. As I remember, the factory setting is about 1 bar (15 psi), you can adjust it up to 17-18 psi. The screw probably bottoms out beyond that. Be careful, it's a plastic body and you could easily crack the thing. You can disable it by just removing the vacuum hose and plugging the hose.
