Knock LED light to pin 19?

I have posted this question on the regular 900 board but thought it would be better here.
Want to add a LED light in my gauge panel for the knock sensor. I've read that it is to be hooked to the #19 pin on the apc box for ground. Hot wire to brake switch. I've taken the connector apart to the apc box ('89 SPG) and there is no pin at #19. Does this mean I add a pin on the connector to plug into #19 on the apc box so the led senses ground?
