I tried the 7GPH jet and that really worked well. 4th gear pulls on the freeway will boosts to 27psi, then slowly back down to 23 to 24psi. This thing is fast! The problem is that I think my head gasket is going bad agin. I just had it replaced 3700 miles ago at the dealer.
After a 30 min. drive I checked the oil and there were obvious signs of water in the oil. I think the super high boost is pushing past the head gasket (or possibly the rings). I have noticed an intermittent coolant loss. I though/hoped the leek was just an intermittent leak on the ground but it could be a contributing factor.
After the 30 minute drive, the coolant level had not moved. I am relatively certain that most of water in the oil has come from the water/meth injection this time around.
I dropped it back off at the dealer for a compression check and to see what they think. If it need another head gasket, I am going to go with a copper one.
