That stock sway bar on the ng900/og9-3 platform is a flimsy joke.
What is on quasi's site is correct however you have to have a really big sway bar or be turning in as hard as possible with lots of speed (which you'd never be doing in icy conditions to begin with).
Get Nick's standard 22mm RARB upgrade and it'll be perfect. Did just fine with no ill effects in the two ice storms I had to drive through this past year.
