My question at the early stage of things, is what's really involved?
I have a 1981 900 8V Turbo and I'd like to pull that motor and replace
it with a pre-1989 16V Turbo engine and transmission.
My primary concerns right now are how direct of a swap is this? Will I
need to modify motor mounts, what's involved with doing the wiring to
bring the fuel injection, APC and all that up to speed?
Any advice, known articles I can use for reference would be appreciated.
