You definetely want to keep the aero turbine side and you can use the compressor side too and the aero turbo has a actuator bracket that goes with the turbo and since its flipped around the actuator will be on the frong of turbo instead of the back side like the aero.
All you have to do is grind off the locating pin so you can rotate the compresor housing for proper clocking to line up with ic hoses.
All you would need is the tdo4 oil and coolant lines from a viggen or other car with tdo4, center section is the same on both turbos.
You can grind out the exhaust manifold to match gasket and turbo inlet of aero tdo4 with a carbide bit and air grinder. About an hours worth of work with the right tool.
