This has nothing to do with software, and is not a T-7 problem.
In case you didn't check for yourself, code P0130 means a problem with the O2 sensor CIRCUIT, not the readings, not a hardware component, but something physical with either the wiring and components in the sensor, or in the wiring to and from the ECU and to ground. Sealing the DP better to contamination from atmosphere with oxygen in it and addressing grounding or connection issues is what fixed the problem.
Also, would you take back a product that someone has monkeyed with with a grinder and who knows what? There is evidence of other people having bad electrical connections or poor sealing causing the problem, and Jak may know it's not his downpipe, there are countless people running just about exactly the same thing with few or no problems, which leads him to think it's something on your end that's the matter. The O2 sensor body should be grounding through the exhaust pipe as well, so a poor or dirty connection could be causing electrical problems too.
Who has spent thousands on this? The posts I read say that it took a bit of time, replaced some components, but in all three cases the fixes were easy and minor. That sounds like troubleshooting to me. Modified components can bring up issues with questionable components to begin with. We all know that also. Hence 'Tuner Clause 1' in my previous post.
How many reviews are there of people showing up to get their car Stage X tuned, only to find out they are having PCV issues, or their rings need replaced, or whatever? I'm sorry, but you're coming really from no-where blowing up a few instances of imperfect products and trying to swing it to sound like that is the common occurrance, and my personal experiences and many other people here have had nothing but good ones.
I can take quotes out of context too you know. That doesn't make them law.
As always, in my humble oppinion, I present you with my $0.02.
Best,
Drew
