Did you have the ecu married to your car? The ecu has the VIN and immobilizer code programmed into it, it will crank but won't start if these aren't right. It can be done with a Tech II at a shop or if you can solder and have a few computer skills you can do it at home. The immobilizer code is the white sticker on the connector part of the ecu, like 11 digits or something (don't have one in front of me).
