The blue somke can also be attributed to a coupple of things. The first is, has your car ever had the PVC update? Second is, have you tried to have the cylinder head retorqued, the steel head gaskets start to leak around 80K and you can retorque them once. Third is, any T7 engin has problems with carbon build up and the valve seals start to leak. The oil pan can become pluged and cause low oil pressure because of the carbon and this carbon can also clog up the oil pressure switch which will have it give a false reading of good oil pressure. you need to test the oil pressure at the fitting directally above the oil filter to get the most accurate reading.
