Hi Steven, I saw your first post and then got busy and forgot to answer it. A turbo would have to be really wiped out to not be rebuild-able. In the case of the T-25 we always upgrade to a larger compressor wheel anyway so it wouldn't hurt if the original wheel was damaged and when the compressor housing is machined for a larger wheel it would be fine. The bearing housing is machined (honed) for larger OD bearing in .005" increments to where it cleans up plus the turbine wheel shaft can be ground with an OD grinder as the bearings are available in .005" undersizes as well. We even re-machine the sealing ring bores for oversizes as necessary. I usually go .005" over on my bearing housing just to make them perfect however I have so many cores that I find good standard turbine wheel shafts so I very seldom have to OD grind one. Anyway don't throw the thing away! Take care, Dave
