Has anyone noticed this, regarding outside tempatures..

I just really noticed this lately, or I should say that it's just become more obvious to me. During the day time here(South Georgia)the outside temp reaches nearly 92+ degrees and my SAAB drives like CRAP because of it. I mean, I can't pass/overtake a lawnmower if I wanted to. however during the night time when the temp drops down to like 75 degrees or less my SAAB really comes alive. As if it were an entirely different car. During the day it's pretty miserable for me to drive it and I can't stand it. At niight though I actually find myself looking for excuses to go out and drive it. Sometimes I get up in the middle of the night, just to go driving in my SAAB, at like 2 a.m. My wife think it's all in my head or what ever but, I know that i'm not crazy. So I ask you all here: What should I do to get that same performance during the day time? Perhaps then I'll be able to enjoy driving it regardless of the temp being 95+ degrees. I seem impressed with Aarons' use of water injection to cool things down, but I also know that he lives up in Washington State where the temp is probably at most 75-80 degrees on a hot day. Not the same as 95+ as it is here. He may not really "need" it I guess IMHO but it seems to be working for him. Could I expect the same even though it's hotter where I live?
